I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at York University, Toronto, Canada. I am also a Vector Institute Faculty Affiliate and an ELLIS Member. I am currently serving as an Associate Editor for the IEEE Transactions on Pattern Analysis and Machine Intelligence (TPAMI) and will serve as a Program Chair for IEEE/CVF Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition Conference (CVPR) 2028.
Research Interests: My main interests are computer vision, deep learning, generative AI, and interpretability.
